Are you passionate about delivering a great membership experience?

The GCMA is recruiting for a creative, outgoing Membership Services Coordinator who can pro-actively contribute to the future growth and success of the association.

The Membership Services Coordinator will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to our members, and for recruiting golf club managers and other industry professionals to become members of the association. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person who will thrive in a small team that is passionate about the association and its members.

The role calls for a confident person with excellent communications skills, who relishes speaking to people on the phone, and who wants to make a difference through the work that they do. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues within the association, and the role requires strong organisational ability and good IT skills.
